Find somewhere else!! They will automatically raise your rent every 6 months! Every 6 months!! And not by $5. Last increase was $30 a month. They said this is "standard". I went to clear out one of my units and I was locked out of it. Went to the office to inquire why and the rude old lady immediately, without any checking or verification, verbally attacked me saying I was past due and that I never gave my move out notice for that particular unit, both untrue. She continued to be incredibly rude until the computer made her realize her mistake, but no apology offered. Dont get climate controlled units, dont waste your $. The "climate controlled" units are not properly maintained. Hotter inside the building than outside. Freezing during winter. They have no maintenance staff. Wasps nests everywhere! Told them about it. Never removed. Had to remove them myself just to be able to access unit. The gate is also broken alot for long lengths of time and they have one handcart for use, in the main office, for all 5 or 6 buildings they have. Don't waste your money. So many better options in the immediate area. Worst run storage facility. Zero stars
