        I shopped around for the best storage facilities and was at two previous to this location. This is by far the cleanest, safest, and most professional storage facility in town.

        My husband and I have been using Pinnacle Storage for the past 5 years. And since then the customer service has gone down tremendously. We chose them specifically because it felt family oriented. Like the people who worked here really cared. Now it feels like it's all corporate and we can't get a straight answer from anyone. The people who work in the office are not personable and the one new employee is just down right rude. The mood of the office has deteriorated and it's really sad that we don't even want to go in the office to ask a question. There are plenty of incentives for new tenants but what about the tenants who have been with them since they opened?

      Amanda, We strive to provide the best storage experience for all of our customers and if we fell short of that, I sincerely apologize. I have researched accounts that we have regarding transfers from our facility in Hampstead that closed and I have been unable to find any record of an account with us.
