I rented a enclosed travel trailer from Pinnacle Storage in Wilmington North Carolina. Inadvertently I booked the trailer for 03/28 in stead of 03/29. I received a call from Joe a manager at Pinnacle. Calling to check my reservation and to make sure everything was OK. I called him back explaining my mistake. He then changed it for me and let me know I was all set. I asked about the ball and receiver that was needed. Pinnacle is not able to carry Uhaul accessories, but Joe gave me the name of a place for me to grab it. Arriving the next morning he was so pleasant and got me all ready for my trip back to NY. Being a newbe he showed me about chaining it and hooking it up for lights. He was so helpful and just a nice gentleman all around. 100% Satified.
