        This units are very clean and the climate control units are phenomenal. The outside property is very inviting and clean. Use to run a storage facility out in Georgia and I can say Ive rented from one other here in NC it was a nightmare . If I could would give this property a 10.

        Nobody answers the phone unless you're calling to sign up for storage. But, even worse, when we went to empty the unit everything was covered in rat crap. The response from the office was, "well, you have insurance so file a claim" as if that was a satisfactory answer. There was nothing in the unit that would attract rodents. Street Smart takes no accountability for anything.
