We enrolled our two and a half year old at primrose, and he was there for about five months. Although our experience may be different than most, I feel its important to share. Our son is on the autism spectrum, and at the time he was at Primrose, we were going through the channels to get him a formal diagnosis. He is speech delayed with few words at this time. It became clear to us that he was mostly allowed to roam free (within the classroom) with little to no structure. For his diagnosis, we were asked to have his teacher fill out an assessment, and what we received was somewhat shocking. It was obvious that whoever fill it out didnt take any time, or even read the questions (when asked to list a skill my son had, they wrote a negative comment. When asked to write an area that needs improvement, they didnt even answer it). It also seemed to us that they werent actually interacting with him much, as they said he was unable to do skills that he was doing on a regular basis, and they gave him a zero for personality; nearly everyone who interacts with him comments on his sense of humor, and his big personality.
One thing they promote is the app that updates you throughout the day with your childs activities, bathroom breaks, and food intake. After weeks of being told that my son was eating all of lunch, including all the vegetables, I asked his teacher about it, and was told that the app just defaults to ate all, so if they dont change it, it reports that he ate everything.
For the price, we were pretty disappointed in primrose. While I understand our son is different and can be difficult at times, I expected something a little better.

My granddaughter started there this year, she is very happy.  Moved from SC at the end of the summer so we were very concerned about how the change would affect her, the teachers are wonderful, class size is very manageable.

Primrose has been a great experience for our family so far. The staff and teachers have been welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Our children are learning so much. The parent/teacher communication has been excellent!

It's never easy leaving your kids during the day, but it makes it so much easier when your kids clearly love going and run into their classrooms each day! I have been impressed with Primrose since the day we toured it and I met with the owner Samantha. The teachers are enthusiastic and encouraging, the school is new and fresh, and the curriculum is exceptional. My Pre-K daughter has learned so much in her few months at Primrose and continues to surprise us each day! I'm ecstatic that our community finally has a daycare that fits and exceeds my expectations!

There is no greater feeling than knowing your child is being cared for and protected when they arent in your presence. The staff feels more like an extension of our family. They are always professional, kind, and communicative. We couldnt be happier with our experience at Primrose!
