        Called this salon and a woman recommended me to Michelle for a partial/face frame highlights and trim. Ended up with a head full of over processed hair and botched hair cut that was extremely uneven. At first I didnt notice anything wrong but I began to see the damage and how wrong this went. I found a new stylist who specializes in color and cut corrections. She informed me of how fried my hair was, how over processed it was, how I needed to get at least 5 INCHES!!! Off to cut away the dead hair due to the over processing. She took these pictures to show me the bleeding of highlights. For someone who gets my hair done ONCE maybe TWICE a year, this is pitiful. My hair has been falling out due to the damage and breakage. Just a few days ago I had thick healthy hair. I will now require haircuts every few weeks, continued deep conditioning treatments, and root smudges to fix this mess. What a shame. Please DO NOT GO HERE.

      Hi Carly,I am very sorry you had a bad experience with your visit. Our 7 independent stylists have over 70 years combined experience and have never had this happen before. After speaking to Michelle, she did say she had refunded your money for the fact that she cannot prove she did not do the work shown in the photos. As stated you went somewhere else after making an appointment with her 24 hours after initial appointment for her to correct and rectify the situation. However you did not show, and I completely understand the hesitation. Even though each stylist is an inanity under the salon, all have the same goals of insuring each and every client is happy.
