        Came to get my acrylics removed and get gel instead. The tech sanded down two of my nails and then proceeded to clip and pry off the rest of my acrylics. The process was painful and I am sure damaging to my nails. Their menu clearly stated they would soak off my nails. The entire experience was rushed. I never leave reviews, but feel like people need to know to stay away.
