Dishwasher ordered from and delivered was broken upon opening. Lowe's policy is returns or exchanges within 48 hours unless using Lowe's credit card then 30 days. Now, I'll be on hold with Samsung support to remedy a situation that could have been resolved by part swap on demo (also not Lowe's policy)

Cesar helped me load hundreds of boards and was more than excellent at doing so. Greatest customer service I have ever received at any home improve store. And it also happened to be his first day working at Lowes! He needs a raise for sure! They need more guys like him working there. The downside of this location is the pro desk. The young woman, I think her name is Chase, was extremely rude, and outright disrespectful. Her actions cost this branch many thousands of dollars as I will no longer be shopping here. The short haired middle age woman is so mean and angry all the time. I avoid her at all costs due to past experiences but sometimes can not avoid her. Hope they can fix these issues.

Ask for location for an item I was looking for. Two of the four people said they have no idea and I would have to find it myself. The other two sentenced directly on the other side of the store which had nothing to do for the item I was looking for. I ended up going up and asking the cashier if she knew where the item was. She said sure and told me where it was at and was surprised that the other people didn't help me out and steer me to the wrong direction. And, just trying to find someone that worked there with a task in itself. Had a load full in the shopping cart, ended up walking away leaving it setting in the middle of the aisle because couldn't get the help to find what I needed. So corporation if you're reading us, you cutting back on your staff, to try and make more profit, it's costing you more in the long run for those like me who will walk away and go elsewhere.
