        I'm just not going here any more. They are happy to sell you oil and filters, but when you go to recycle your old oil, they act like you are a complete burden. Today when I went to recycle my oil, the guy happily told me he was all full and to go over to O'Reilly. I did that, and they guys at O'Reilly were super nice. Literally 3 O'Reilly employees spoke to me and one guy even offered to recycle my old bottles. My business is now going to O'Reilly.

        Had to go over store staff's head to the hub on Market st to get my lifetime warranty, when I walked into with my defective starter i asked for replacement.was told it was not defective.staff put all of its confidence in a bench tester rather than taking the mechanics word as to the malfunction of the failed part. Joe and Sam at market st store clearly saw the defect and honored the lifetime warranty.. when I voiced my displeasure to the staff. he called his mgr. who informed him to call the police, no physical threats were made towards the staff, so I question the actions to involve law enforcement as a form of store intimidation. nice way to treat the seniors of Myrtle grove.. #store 5847

        Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. The employees were not helpful and rude. Further they recommended incorrect parts for my vehicle. I will not be going back. The good news is OReillys and AutoZone are just around the corner. I would highly recommend visiting them instead and avoid this store and probably the company.
