Made the call to Smokey Mountain Plumbing because we had a water leak in our basement. Mike called back within minutes and came to our house within a couple hours. He repaired the leak. A very professional plumber at very reasonable price. Should you need a plumber Mike is the guy to call . 5 stars plus !

I called EVERY place in the area and Mike got back to me really quick with a day and time he would be able to come to do a rush job we needed to be done within the week before family got here. I sent him some images and video of what needed to be done and he was great to text back and forth with. Our piping for our shower and new handles were our first job and wow he made the piping look beautiful plus no more leaks! Was ready for when our family came!! Amazing pricing, a professional job, and a very happy household. NEXT, I was trying to do annual maintenance on my TRPV on my water heater a few weeks later and the seal was bad so the hot water wouldn't stop spraying. I texted him in a panic with a video of what was going on. He wrote back quickly, told me what to do, and was here by 10 am the next morning (he was out of town with family) to replace it and even put a hot water shut off on our distribution line as there was none..we had to shut off all of our water as there was no shut-off valve on out hot water line. Again, amazzzzing pricing, kind, funny, and honest..just the kind of local company I want to give my money to and be able to sleep well at night knowing the job was done RIGHT.
