Cannot say enough good things about this company. The receptionists were all very polite, helpful and quick to respond. The 2 men that came to relocate and fix our water heater were absolutely fantastic. They were prompt and very professional. We highly recommend Villazon Plumbing.

This place gets 5 stars from me They had an employee out with a medical emergency They sent a replacement We didn't have to wait even another day They fixed the problem in no time and the price was very reasonable Happy customer here

Unfortunately, google makes you leave 1 star. This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with in my life. We had a water pipe bust and contacted Villazon to come view the line and provide an estimate. They were quick and the gentleman (Justin) who came to view the line was super nice and very professional. Justin shut the water off, placed a temporary water line in and we had water. Very thankful. Justin also provided us with an estimate for the repairs (in which we agreed to). This all occurred on a Monday. Justin had said we are going to put your repair as an emergency and hope to be back out tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest to complete the repairs. Wonderful, Im happy my water will be restored back and the repairs will have been completed. Wednesday rolled around no call and no show. Reached out to Villazon and spoke with a lady named Lisa. Lisa is the most argumentative and unprofessional person I have had an encounter with (besides the Owner Mike). She told me that she didn't care about our business and they would be there when they could get there. They later called back with a revised estimate that was DOUBLE what they quoted initially. Obviously, I called in to speak with the Owner Mike. As stated earlier Lisa has been with worst professional encounter that I have ever endured, the owner is even worse. He told me he didnt care at all what we thought and if we didnt like the price to go on. The conversation stretched over a span of the next 10 minutes and Mike said he was going to come get his equipment. I informed Mike that I understand he needs his equipment, but I wanted to be on my property when he came to retrieve it. Mike said Im not waiting that long and hung the phone up. Mike later then sent Justin to retrieve the equipment (once again very nice guy) and left. Mike completely went against my request of me being on my property when he came to get his equipment. Mike has no morals or business professionalism at all. I simply took the time to type this review out to save somebody from doing business with someone that doesnt care at all. I hope this reaches the community and people think twice before they contact Villazon for their plumbing needs. Also, I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do you self a favor and contact somebody that values your business and has morals before contacting this sorry group.
