Truly one of the most bizarre customer services experiences Ive had. After an awkward conversation taking my info for a vacation home we are buying, the agent told me the property couldnt be insured due to a lack of a fire hydrant within the area. Ok, I understand thatbut when I asked if he could recommend another agency (admittedly maybe not the best question Ive ever asked), he informed me that I shouldve called my current agency, that anyone could answer that question and I didnt need to ask them. When I tried explaining I was calling around to receive quotes to compare, he repeated that I should just ask my current agency or any other agency in NC. He said this rudely and when I I tried to explain I was simply trying to do some comparison shopping, and that I didnt understand his negative tone, he hung up on me. I guess they dont believe in customer service or need new business??

This is the most professional, courteous, and customer oriented insurance company in North Carolina. They are always in the top of our expectations even above and beyond of it. Samuel is always ready to assist us and we have all the confidence in his professionalism. Highly recommend them. All the staff are very polite and courteous. We are the most satisfied customer and they are the best company we ever have it.
