        insurance got doubled (went up to $382 FOR ONE VEHICLE. absolutely insane.) without me knowing and no one was able to explain to me why, called and decided to cancel my policy. 2 months later i check my bank statement and realize ive been charged for the past 2 months. called again, the woman i talked to said the guy never canceled my policy, and that i would be refunded, but that has yet to happen. they love taking your money but hate giving it back.
