Technicians were great. Sears sucked however and we won't ever use Sears again. Terrible customer service.

Professional Kept me posted on arrival Neat and got straight to work without hesitation. Would have him back for other items when the time arises.

Chris is very helpful and kind and did a great job repairing my dishwasher. It's now running the way it did when it was new.

They do not answer their phones or honor their warranties. I bought a used mower for $700 and it had dry wroughted tires and in less than 2 months barely runs.

Helpful, reliable, fair, kind - wouldnt recommend anyone else for used appliances. Thank you!!

I have been calling them for days the phone just rings then says there is no space to leave a voicemail. They probably went outbof business

They were very friendly and no pressure. The deliver team was awesome as well!

Too bad most of the Kmarts are coming closed
