We were in the Vineyard Suite. It could not have been more private, quiet, and cozy. Breakfast was wonderful as were the sweet treats each afternoon. The Valentine dinner was excellent. It was like having our own private chef and waiter. Both were extremely attentive to our wants and needs. Great choices for each course and each was perfect.

My husband grew up in Waynesville and was initially suspicious of all the 5 star reviews, but after staying here, it's clear why Yellow House is so highly rated! The accommodations provided the perfect balance of luxury and hominess, and my husband kept saying, "I know Waynesville, and this is the nicest place here!" We stayed in a room in the Pond House, which was about a 2 minute walk from the main house. It provided a little extra privacy and quiet. When we were traveling, I had the annoying cough that was going around throughout the winter, which made the extra privacy well worth it! There is a daily 3 course breakfast that we were able to have delivered to the room. It was fantastic both mornings! I really appreciated this extra service at a time when I was not keen on being around others or walking over to the main house first thing. They also provided some beverages and light snacks throughout the stay, so there was always something to eat. I really can't say enough good things about the service! Additionally, the location was very convenient to Waynesville or commuting in to Asheville or perhaps somewhere further west, being that it was only a couple of minutes off the highway exit. To summarize, stay at Yellow House if you are visiting Waynesville! I know we will do so anytime we visit family there in the future!

Owner/operator Chad ensures that your experience at his B&B will be a perfect 10. The property is meticulously maintained, has a great history, and is conveniently located as you explore the area. For B&B travelers this stay is a must.

We stayed at Yellow House for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience all around! Chad was a gracious host, our room was well appointed and comfortable, and the breakfasts and snacks were delicious! Highly recommended!
