        Truist in general is terrible but this branch in particular is understaffed and those that are there definitely do not have me feeling comfortable with my money. This last visit helped me resolve to finally switch banks after 14 years of banking with Suntrust.

        I opened a new account and they are holding my funds for 7 days. I can't pay bills until they allow me. Bad business not to inform people before they put their money in.

        Do not bank here. You money is not safe in my opinion. A friend had his debit card # stolen. He had over 65 charges for over $30,000.00 taken from his checking account. After two months of discussing with bank there is no resolution and he is out over $ 30,000.00! How can this happen? Money is not safe at Truist in Waxhaw. Close your account before it happens to you!
