      image Bad customer service. Dont find solutions, just tell you that there is a problem with your account. But dont mind to solve it or give you a business answer. Took for ever in drive thru. Thumbs down to this branch. Have had 3 incidents this year, very unpleasant. I had to go to Poplar tent branch to fix it in 15 minutes, waited 35 mins in concord to tell me there was something unusual. Ughh
