On Monday 1/29 I stopped in with the seller of a car I bought to deposit cash and get a certified check to give him . Teller was excellent but the guy who was asked to help us with a title notarization was very unprofessional. I was embarrassed to say I bank there. The title was in the sellers wifes name who died of cancer. He had documents from court that he needed to put it in his name but he didnt realize he needed to go to DMV to finalize it. The associate was very short and unprofessional with him and did little to help the situation. Yes the seller was anxious but who wouldnt be when you are selling your deceased wifes car. I wish I would have got his name. I can say he was short, dark hair, average build wore blue jeans and his office was in the middle of the building. I apologized to the seller, we went to the DMV and got it straightened out with a surprisingly great experience. I cant believe Im saying this but I would rather be in the DMV than with this guy. Maybe he was having a bad day but its your job to provide professional customer service.

I walked into a completely empty lobby. I was unaware that I needed to make an appointment with a customer service rep. Stephen Smith was the customer service rep that I was directed to. It was clear that I was disturbing his day. He did try to help me but I needed to provide additional information. He gave me his card and said I need to make an appointment next time and made sure to tell me that the only reason he was able to meet with me was because he had no other appointments. The lobby was still completely empty when I left. I gave 1star because that was as low as I could go.

I understand why this specific Wells Fargo locations reviews are so low. I just left an appointment with Caitlin Mauldin. What a horrible interaction this was. From the start of interaction she had a poor demeanor, barely introduced herself and certainly had no desire to assist us with opening a new business account. Perhaps you should put her in the backend and not allow her to be face to face with customers. We are taking our business to another bank.

Never answer the phone, cant get an appointment and customer service is terrible. This is my neighborhood branch but Im always forced to go to Church st.
