Very slow service. Person at register inside store had difficulty getting order correct. Had to wait a long time to order food with nobody in line ahead of us. They did get our order correct, burger was not hot , fries were warm, frost was very good.

They continue to have bad service. Long lines and taking even longer to just take your orders. Then after waiting in line they tell u they are only accepting cash. They neglected to post a sign about that so you've just wasted away a chunk of your lunch hour. Still not able to dine in. These problems have been going on for months. I will not try them again anytime soon. Please get them some help!

Whoever the manager on shift at 12:30pm on April 16th 2022 was a straight rude. I had a party of 4 with 4 meals, asked for ketchup 3 times. Got 3 packets.. she was rude to her team members. It isn't the same since miss Flo left.

They were having some major issues the day I was here. I did a mobile order and picked it up at the drive thru. It was 37 minutes total from pulling up (second in line at speaker) to getting my food. They were also only taking cash this day (I was mobile so non-issue), and they had locked the dining room doors so the drive thru was the only option. I'm sure it was a bad day for everyone, including the employees who unfortunately probably took the brunt of it.
