        This review is a reflection of my overall Uhaul experience. I reserved an auto transport at my local Uhaul near Youngsville. When I arrived they did not have one. I contacted Uhaul customer service who then changed my pick up location to the destination area I was traveling to an hour and a half away in Ayden, NC. Upon arrival to the second location it was closed. I once again contacted Uhaul and was routed to a 3rd location in Winterville, NC. I was not given any credit whatsoever and paid the exact same amount I would have paid had the first reservation been honored. In sum, I had to travel to 3 different Uhaul locations to pick up my "guaranteed" reservation and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I will not use Uhaul ever again, and will discourage anyone and everyone I know from using Uhaul. I will also be publishing this review on every internet review website I can find.
