I am VERY HAPPY I chose Pack Rat for my moving needs. I was happy with the pricing and everything went according to plan. I enjoyed being able to reach out anytime by phone or make changes on MyPackRat account.
The container that came to my home was very clean and I liked that it was all metal and had swing open doors. They also supplied me with a nice secure lock with two keys.
I would highly recommend Pack Rat and it's services. Oh - I moved from NJ to Florida and the container arrived in Florida on the exact day I wanted it to arrive.

We recently moved from Texas to South Carolina . We usually do it ourselves and use Uhaul but decided to let the Rats do the driving. It was great! Far less stress. All helpers(drivers that pickup and deliver the pods) and phone representatives were professional, positive and helpful every step of the way. We will definitely use again when needed!

My home was renovated. I had a container delivered so I could store furniture. It was very convenient. One warning is to be sure you rent the container for enough time. You may not be able to extend the rental time due to high demand. It was very convenient. I would use the service again. They delivered on time and picked up on time.
