I have had the worst experience with Century Link/Quantum Fiber. This has included several 10 days wait time for repairs to service with no internet(With in 2 months) and having to making so many calls to get the right dept. This also involved being bounced between Quantum and Century Link because neither company talks to each other. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Run away for them!!

So this is a new review. And still cannot give more than 1 star. But 2 stars it is. Because I dislike giving anyone 1 star when employees attempt to assist you. but 2 days if calls and failed chats to answer a cable question. problem finally solved.

I have been paying for service since Sept 2021 its December 22 2021, still no internet this company lies about scheduling and sending a technician, they have no confirmation system for logging appointments, its always a different story or explanation when speaking to customer service, everyone is always confused! They need to be sued

Will be switching providers ASAP - Internet goes out constantly (3x a week or more) - takes them 12 days just to get a tech out to look at it & when they arrive they never have what they need. 50% of the time they "fix it" and leave and it goes out 2 hours later. No idea why we are still paying for this, will be really happy to switch to Spectrum.
