Our experience with Cady has been nearly identical to the other Yelp review.  Beautiful home, but after 18 months literally none of our punch-list items have been resolved.  We expected with a new home that there could be some minor problems that show up in the first year with sheetrock and minor shrinkage or expansion of wood.  However, we have major problems with the floors due to moisture, and serious mold in the crawlspace.  We have sliding glass doors that are missing parts, a broken window, misaligned doors, site drainage problems, and many other issues.  They are virtually unresponsive to any means of communication outside of texting.  This company is all about how it looks to get it sold and couldn't care less about actual problems.  We will see to it that all of the problems in our home are entirely rectified, but it's pretty clear Cady has no intention of resolving anything regardless of the warranty.  It's sad that a home with such a great design and finishing touches is so carelessly put together.  Would not ever buy from them again.

I've been in home only a little over a year and have so many issues with my home built by Cady Construction.  The overall look of the home is beautiful, but the work is shoddy for a brand new build.  All homes new or used are going to have some issues, but the level of issues is one thing and Cady Construction's attempt to fix and rectify those issues is something altogether different.  They are the worst regarding addressing issues with my home and I am quite angry, frustrated and upset.  I had a couple come to my home to see how it was built and they left dissatisfied!  This couple had real interest in a home costing over $725k that was built by Cady Construction, but decided to go with Homes By Dickerson instead after they did an inspection of my home.  I advise anyone else considering Cady Construction to do the same - choose another builder!
