Garman Homes at Holding Village

First off, I just want to say thank you to Garman Homes and the Garman Homes Holding Village team for being truly amazing to work with! We are so grateful to have Garman Homes be a part of our first home & first build ! From the very first step into the sales office all the way to the finish, Garmans team has been a dream to work with. They were extremely communicative through every step of the process. That really meant the most to us. It says a lot when your realtor, lender, appraiser, attorney office, etc. also compliments the builders fast & thorough communication and helpfulness. Thank you Karla in the sales office for all of your assistance. You made us feel at home from the minute we stepped into the office. Thank you Ryan, our construction manager, for being so communicative, caring, and helpful from start to finish. Your biweekly construction emails were our favorite! It was so exciting to see pictures of the progress, know what each and every of the next steps were, and be in the loop the entire build. Thank you to everyone else at Garman that was behind the scene making it happen!! Additionally, our home was finished well on time and built with such quality and precision. We were so impressed with the work the entire project. We close tomorrow on our new home & we couldnt be happier. It is absolutely beautiful. I will continue to recommend Garman Homes!! Thank you so much!

I am a first-time home buyer and Garman kept things simple and easy for me to understand. Most importantly, they delivered on all of their promises including closing on time. My main point of contact from Garman was Ryan Mollica, the construction manager, who was extremely helpful, courteous and thorough when he showed me and/or my family around the entire house on multiple occasions. Any doubts I had regarding the house were allayed after his initial orientation, and I appreciated his transparency and strong work ethic which he demonstrated throughout the entire home-building process. He was straightforward and professional and provided updates to me through in-person meets, phone calls, emails and biweekly updates all the way up until the day of closing. So, I just want to say a big thank you to Ryan and the rest of Garman for a smooth sailing experience and for building my first house!
