Great place to escape for a while

Not really a hiking trail. Sand dunes on a hill behind a local neighborhood.

What a beautiful waterfall. There is also a swimming hole right under the waterfall. Its amazing it is only about 50 yards from the roadway but is very secluded.

Enter thru side door. Upstairs is the visitor office. They were helpful and generous. A must if you enjoy history!

Just absolutely beautiful

Nice community park. They have great events here. Picnic area: There's a large picnic shelter. It's right beside the playground.

I arrived around 9 a.m., so there wasn't a big crowd. The waterfall is absolutely gorgeous and well worth the short climb up the steep steps!
