Mantz Tire Supercenter

We got some sort of blade in our tire while traveling on New Year's Eve (Saturday). This was one of only a handful of places open (with correct hours online) in a 30-mile radius. We received friendly, competent service to patch the tire and were back on the road within 20 minutes!

Fast sale and installation of my tire while I was traveling. Saved my trip and even fixed a bad shaking of steering wheel after 60. Removed excess old balance weights from inner rim.

They charged me $40 for a used tire. Then, proceeded to plug the new, used tire. When they could've just plugged my old tire for $10, found a different used tire, or buy a new one for $95. Only came here because of an emergency, and my normal tire shop was closed. I'm sorry, but I'm not coming back.

My son and his girlfriend had a flat tire as they were leaving WCU for a 9-hour drive home. Mantz quickly repaired their punctured tire and they were on their way quickly.

It was a Saturday afternoon and Mantz Tires was closed... I was up at Western Carolina trying to plug my granddaughter's tire so she could drive home after her finals... My plug failed and her tire was still leaking... Her spare was flat... I had resolved myself to driving 3 hours home to get her tire patched and then driving back to Cullowhee to put a tire on her car... I just happened to find the owner at the shop, he needed to work on his wife's car... He wasnt supposed to be there.... I explained my delemia and he told me to bring the tire into his shop and in 10 minutes he had it repaired... He could easily have turned me away... He didnt... He reached out to help a grandfather in need... I will be forever greatful...
