Not a good experience with these folks Went in for a simple oil change and ended up with an estimate for repair work on issues that didnt even exist. In their courtesy inspection, they did a lot more than just change my oil which was not what I asked for. They took my truck for a joy ride without any consent, and caused tremendous anxiety. For peace of mind and quality, go to Ridgecrest auto, the AAA center for actual service!

I was very pleased with the professional service I received from Hillman Family Automotive. I was having AC problems with my Cadillac Escalade and the technicians jumped on it. No problems, no drama to and a good and fair price. I feel I've found a good, reliable auto service shop in Sylva. They are on my speed dial. Thanks, guys!

Hillman Family Automotive was very honest and thorough with their assessment on our vehicle repair needs. We were very blessed to get a detailed quote and projected cost estimate for repairs needed before work began. I was aware of some of the issues that needed repair but others were pointed out that could have resulted in a safety issue. I am so very thankful that the team at Hillman Automotive took the time to address and repair these issues in a timely manner. The vehicle definitely performs much better than before. Very courteous but due to their policy of only using parts they provide, you are going to be paying a premium on parts. I can't recommend them from my experience.
