Cameron Smith is the most knowledgeable, polite, personable professional I have ever met. His houses are beautiful and we'll put together with the newest cutting edge building materials and options available! He has high standards for his homes and, beats the competition on every level in this business. His sense of humor and genuineness are just added bonuses. This company really cares about making the home owner happy with the end result. If you want to live on the coast in a beautiful sturdy home that is guaranteed to be well built, Cl Smith should be your # 1 choice in builders! This is a 5 star operation in my opinion. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Cameron built our house in 2012. Before choosing him as our builder, we located many of Cameron's previous clients here in Winding River Plantation. They were universally pleased after living in their homes for 5 years, 10 years, and even longer. This was NOT the case with all the other builders we checked out. Plans are never perfect. Cam anticipates potential problems, makes great suggestions, and accommodates requested changes whenever practical. Cameron includes many details that you would not know to ask for but that I have seen missing in many other homes I've visited. My wife and I could not be happier with the results.

Building a home a major event. Building a home long distance can read as a"cautionary tale". Selecting the right builder removes most of that fear and replaces it with anticipation. We read the testimonials on CL Smith's web page and were impressed with the continuity of positive remarks. This reflected a consistency in quality of the process and final product. After meeting with Cameron in person we both recognized this soft spoken individual to have a serious sense of purpose towards his profession. Our mutual opinion was, "We're in capable hands". This is what you can expect from Cameron: Clear communication through phone calls, emails and photos. Sound suggestions that add to the overall satisfaction Problems that may arrive handled with expediency and courtesy Quality of finish trim work beyond expected MOST IMPORTANT home completed on time and ON BUDGET In our opinion, the only mistake you need be concerned about is choosing another builder.
