The team at Langbeen was amazing! My family and I moved from out of state and everyone at Langbeen was super accommodating. Zach and Tracey provided photo updates and even worked with us on doing some virtual walkthroughs. At the final walkthrough there were only a few minor touch-ups needed and they wasted no time tackling all of those projects. I would recommend Langbeen Builders to anyone moving to the BSL area!

I cannot express enough how much my wife and I enjoyed our experience with Langbeen Builders. We had them build a 1638 SF 3B/2Ba house in BSL, NC. For years, we had been scouting out the area and saw the houses they were building were head and shoulders above the other homes going up, ESPECIALLY from the production and track builders. I am a HVAC and Home Performance Consultant so I can recognize when a builder really cares about quality. I wanted to build a reasonably higher performing home than code minimum. I was already impressed how Langbeen Builders built better than the code minimums in a lot of ways. They were so great about working with me to air seal and insulate the home to a high level. All the sub contractors were friendly, helpful and organized. There is a reason why Langbeen was able to build our home TWO MONTHS ahead of schedule and ON BUDGET. The result is that our home was affordable, looks and feels great, inside and out! With all the horror stories we've heard from people building homes post- pandemic, our experience could not have been any smoother. If you're building in Brunswick or New Hanover Counties, Langbeen is the only choice. Thank you again!

This is the second home I have had the fortunate opportunity to build but this time from many states away.
