        Awful service. Went to pick up my husband ring since it was being resized both ladies that are working tonight gave me a hard time about getting the ring and since he didnt authorized me to pick his ring up I was not able to take the ring with me. I showed her my ID and she still refused to give me the ring. Maybe a better service or a better way of handling situations would be appreciated.
