Went into location to get my daughter ears pierced and they lady closed the gate stating she was going to lunch. She asked what services we were looking for and we told her ear piercing. She then proceeded and stated she will be back in 30 minutes. Fast forward 45 mins later once she finally return. She shes goes to say she had an appointment first then she will take care of us after her appointment comes so it will be another 30mins. She got an attitude once I told her never mind I should have told her what I needed before her break which I clearly did. She was very rude about the whole situation from start to finish.

Do NOT get your nose piercings done here. They are not held liable for anything that comes out. They do not put a backing on it and its short so it's easy to lose. And it is sooooo expensive, I paid $86.00 for my piercing and it came out and its closed. I called them to see if they could put it back in atleast. She tells me I will have to repurchase it again...smh.
