        Door was locked at 8.00pm, then went to drive thru after waiting in line to order 2 frosts, when we ordered they said they were out.

        On Wednesday, April 3 approx 10:25 pm. the Drive Thru Cashier was so nasty, disrespectful and was not pleasant at all. She was also sooooooooooo verbally nasty and rolled her eyes with other disgusting body language, untilI lost my appetite. I didn't receive a receipt The cashier needs training and needs to learn how to communicate with people. She literally threw my bag at me, snatched my drink out of my hand because she got the order wrong. I called back to Wendys to speak to the manager and no one answered the phone. I have never received such rude service at the Wendy's in Roanoke Rapids before.
