        Called them to book a reservation, ASKED in 9 different ways if vehicles were available and was ASSURED that vehicles were available. When I was on my way to get the vehicle I was called on the way there and told that they didn’t have vehicles the past 2 months. I am done with Alamo/Enterprise your business is an inconvenience to the customers you claim you serve.

        Customer Service was great at Albert J Ellis airport. (KOAJ). Van was nice and clean. Price was about the same as everyone else.
