        I purchased a dress at Dillards a while ago. I know the return policy; but I had no intentions of returning the dress because I really liked the dress. It hung in my closet for a lengthy amount of time. I decided I wanted to wear it for Easter. I noticed it had a very noticeable defect! I dont want my money back I just want to exchange! I paid my hard earned money for the dress! The dress has never been worn!

        Stop by and picked up a mobile order. Store didn't seem very busy. Had trouble finding the customer service desk which is on the second floor but staff were helpful and friendly.

        Still a store of high quality clothing and accessories. Sets in a dieing mall and hours have been cut back. Very small but capable staff.
