It was an unpleasant surprise to come home from a weekend trip to find water all over the floor. I am thankful for Servepro water mitigation and the great work they did cleaning up the mess. I would certainly recommend Servepro to friends, family, and neighbors. If you ever have an unfortunate water damage surprise like this, don't hesitate to give them a call. It was very nice to meet every team member. That was my positive experience. Every person I worked with was helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Good people all around. Justin D. arrived impressively quick on the late Sunday afternoon when I called Servepro. He did a great job with the big mess that was at our house. Timmy completed a follow up inspection the next day and talked me through next steps. Justin W, Jason, and Patrick did great work on the cleanup and containment. It was nice working with them, and they did not seem to mind any time I had a question. The project manager, Angie, was helpful, taking my phone calls, answering questions, and working with me throughout the cleanup. There were others that came by as needed to help with the project.
