After moving to the area I decided to board my cats here over a holiday, they took amazing care of them, so I decided to make them my primary vet. They are amazing to say the least. They have given each of my pets the very best care, and when my kitty had to have emergency surgery, they comforted me and assured me he would be okay. They updated me every step of the way and even asked me how he was doing when I brought my puppers in for her vaccines. Thank you for being the best

I've unfortunately had a series of negative experiences with Care First and do not recommend them for Vet needs. 1) awful wait times (one time it was 90 minutes because they forgot about me). 2) My dog has had to come in multiple times in the last week and they don't recognize him or me. 3) The Vet tech apparently didn't look at his chart because she didn't know we had just been there last week. Honestly, this should be a 1-star review.
