        Great experience at this location! The location has a new staff and the original Manager Freddy has returned! Thank god! I've dealt with Freddy about 6 years ago and he was always honest and played NO GAMES! He takes care of every customer that walks in! I've been to other locations and have not had the same attention that Freddy delivers! I normally don't post reviews but I seen how bad the shop went since Freddy left the company 4-5 years ago. If you want honesty and you want your car fixed correctly listen to what Freddy tells you! Long story short 6 years ago the dealer told me I needed a new motor. I took it to Freddy from a recommendation and he was able to Diagnose and fix my car without needing a motor. In fact the repair bill was less than what expected and I still have the car today! Freddy thank you for coming back we needed you!

        This is the worst place for a female to go and get any work done to her car. The store manager is a con artist and he doesn’t care anything about customer satisfaction at all. It is all about money and trying to get over. I took my car there to get the belts changed and the transmission looked at. I have warranty on my vehicle, so why would I not want to use it. The store manger lied and said he was waiting for an authorization from the warranty company. I called the warranty company and they never even bothered to call. After waiting for two hours my car did not get fix. The worst place in town to go to. Lousy customer service. Ladies don’t waste your time.

        DO NOT go to this NTB I only needed an oil change for my fleet vehicle yet I had to wait 3 hours in order for that to be done, an OIL CHANGE, find a different location people NTB is good but idk about this location

        Waited for an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation and they came back to me after that time and said all they could do was add a quart of oil because I was low and that was their policy and wouldn’t do the rest of the change. That could’ve taken three minutes of my time rather than an hour and a half.
