        I took in a luggage to have an internal tear mended. I showed the gentleman the issue and asked if it could be fixed to which he stated yes. Upon my return, a week later, I checked the issue to see if it had been fixed and the tear had simple been glued together and their was still a hole in the luggage to which he simple took the luggage back and did a pitiful 2 sec sewing that didn't look that good. A two year old could have done a better job. It was a waste of time and money and I will NEVER use this service again.

      Dear KenyaFirst of all, sorry for not being satisfied.If you are not satisfied yesterday, we prioritize refunds.First of all, the sewing machine that repairs suitcases does not give a clean finish unlike general sewing machines. I apologize for not being satisfied once again.
