Kate Wolfe is one of the greatest people in the entire world. Finding a therapist you trust can be very difficult but Kates down-to-worth attitude is sure to put you at ease. I can tell you from experience that she truly cares about her patients and wants them to succeed. She not only has a great personality she is also incredibly knowledgeable in many areas on mental health. Kate frequently attends training sessions in order to learn new ways to help people. She works very well with other members of her patients treatment team. Kate has absolutely changed my life for the better and I love her so much.

I had an amazing experience working with Kim Bovee over the course of 10 months. I came to Kim during a seasonal bout of anxiety / depression that had reared its ugly head once a year over the course of 10+ years. I can honestly say that our first few sessions were more impactful than any therapy I had gone through in years. Kim had a good way of asking targeted questions that quickly allowed me to make a breakthrough into the underlying beliefs that were feeding the anxiety. She helped me get out of a dark hole and we worked together over the course of many months so I could learn tools and healthier habits to maintain the progress. Kim is very experienced, highly empathic, and a good communicator. I would highly recommend her or her team if you are looking to improve a mental health condition.
