Mindpath Health - Situs Ct, Raleigh

Horrible front desk. The phone goes to a national answering service that can only "message" the facility. I've left 4 messages over 2 weeks and haven't gotten a response. 2 weeks lost in mental health treatment. Going to try Greenbrook TMS, Gupta Psychiatry, or Carolina Behavioral Care. They offer the same services, but I bet they have a working phone.

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. They will hang up on you if the call queue is too long They will lie to you about your prescription being filled, resulting in multiple call backs. The doctors don't always show up for the schedule meeting until 15-45 minutes after. Do not suggest this place. It should be illegal the stuff they do here.

good luck trying to get an appointment, they do not call back and the people who answer the phone are poorly trained and are unhelpful

Well my provider Ms Kock is wonderful..... but if you have any belief that someone here will actually answer a phone.... ha ha ha.. you would be wrong.... nobody except the billing department actually answers the phone. Weird....

Simply cannot say enough good things about my provider, Colleen. She is kind and compassionate and never judges me. My insurance copays were quite high for me medicine, and Colleen CARED. She is AMAZING. I highly recommend just giving them a call if you're on the fence or unsure and let her guide you. It's not magic, but it's a start. Keep the faith, every once in a while you DO find a doctor that is also a good human.
