Had an appt at 10:40 checked me in still waiting its 11:10 now nobody finds my file. So disorganized!

While most doctors were scheduling eye exams 1-2 months out I was able to get an appointment here right away... and now I see why. The person giving the exam seemed to be in a hurry and once I got my new prescription filled my new glasses are unwearable because the prescription is so bad. Now I am doing what I should have done in the first place and am waiting just over a month to get a proper eye exam elsewhere. This was my first, and definitely the last, visit to America's "Best".

I had an appointment yesterday at this location, it was the worst experience Ive ever had at an eye doctor place. I got there early as it said to once I confirmed my appointment, I probably got there 15 minutes early. When I walked in to check in the receptionist seemed like she didnt want to be there and her tone of voice was kind of rude. I was just like ok then about the receptionist. My appointment time was 12:10 and I didnt get seen by the tech until 12:40 mind you I also got there earlier as well. I dont know if they had walk ins or what but if they did Im pretty sure appointments go first. Then after getting seen by the tech it was going to take to about another 30-60 minutes to get my eye exam done. I just left at that point once I knew I had to wait essentially another hour or so. I would never come back here again personally after that experience. This has never happened before at other eye doctors places Ive been to. I was trying to save money but now I rather spend a little bit extra and not have to wait 2-3 hours.
