It was the best experience I ever had with issues pertaining to my eyes. Doctor Halton was very proficient in what my particular vision diagnosis entailed. I learned more than I had with any other professional and I am very grateful.

Today I went into the Eye Instutute for the first time & I must say it was the best Optometrist appt I've ever had. From the initial interaction, Leah, that created me from the front desk and set me up with all my paperwork. She had an amazing attitude and was very kind. Next I interacted with Julia (who was subbing from another location) and she did my initial screenings, She broke down what each of the tests were and the machinery. It was very nice since It was completely different from other states I have gotten these exams. She was also through on my intake and was able to set up the Doc for success. Dr.Dhebaria Wow, I am blown away, because for years I have seen different specialists, and not one person in several different states could figure out what was going on with me after several TBI. And in her initial interaction with me a simple question of going to ocular therapy and breaking down different resources, has now set a new path, that I hope will change my life. Thank you for connecting me with a specialist that can give me the help that I've been searching for. I feel SEEN, and hopefully.. it changes the way I SEE and my mind works. Shandricka was the last stop, but she was also a breath of fresh air partnering me to get the right glasses, great feedback and conversation while she closed off the deal of making sure my glasses were exactly what I needed. I have worked in customer service areas for over 14 years, and have seen specialists for more than that. And I must say, what I experienced today. The humility, compassion, empathy, knowledge, "bedside manner" and expertise is what every medical office should strive for. Truly. thank you all for the wonderful experience. I feel beautiful in my glasses. I am enamored by the work that was done. Also, Adrian was so helpful making sure the fit of the glasses were great and not hitting any trigger points for my migraines behind my ears! thank you all for your amazing work.
