        Love this YMCA for the sole reason that it has a hot yoga studio and the instructors are awesome. They have a lot of classes on their schedule so if you need something late vs something in the early morning Im pretty sure you can find what you need. I like how its located in downtown Raleigh but the parking does get tricky sometimes.

        Limited selection in terms of machines and apparatuses for resistance training. They make decent use of what space they have. Very nice staff. Towel service and bathrooms are well maintained.
