Transitions LifeCare

Hospice is such a hard thing in itself. Unless you know, you don't. Transitions was our 2nd hospice for my mother. Unfortunately, by the time transitions took her on, (due to her other hospice not keeping her comfortable and ending up at the hospital) her life ended very quickly. The staff at transitions was wonderful, my Mom was finally in good, caring hands. She was comfortable and surrounded by authentic individuals who treated her with nothing but kindness. My only wish would have been her to be cared for by them from the beginning of our experience with hospice. I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for hospice care for loved ones.

Really was hoping to hear from them, lost my life partner and son's mother back in September and called them shortly after that for grief counseling. Was highly recommended from a couple of friends, was told there is a waiting list which is understandable but had no idea it was over 3 months long. Called them and they had a lady called back and it was at a bad time during my work day and never heard from her again. I called again and was told was gonna be contacted again and have not heard from since and that was over 2 months ago!!!!

They were amazing when we were there for my Dad. They were respectful to him and our family during his short stay. They were kind and accommodating to all of our needs.

I cant say enough wonderful things about our experience here. They were so kind and honoring to my father-in-law his last few days of life. This place and the people who work and volunteer here are truly special! It feels very peaceful from the moment you enter to the moment you leave for the last time.

My MoM was at Transitions last week. And this was a very difficult decision. But from day one, the staff had made mom and us so comfortable . They delivered on everything they promised in caring for her. Her time there was short. But even till the end, they helped us through it. I've heard great things about Transitions LifeCare and now I know why. Thank you to all the staff there. You made my MoMs last days peaceful. Our family is forever grateful for all you've done.
