can do a way better job in communicating with the customer. Not certainly an experience a first time home buyer would want. I am only trying to work them as they are one of the preferred lenders provided by builder and I only qualify for their incentives if I choose them as the lender.

Currently going through the mortgage approval process with NFM and everyone on the team has been amazing and communicative. I wanted to specifically mention Luli, who got me approved quickly and has made herself available to answer all of my questions. This is my first time buying a home and I appreciate Lulis willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I fully understand this process

I worked with Tina and Lisa throughout my loan process and I can not begin to describe how awesome, responsive, knowledgeable, intelligent, genuine, professional and most importantly caring about me as their client. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I understood each process of this loan. Tina worked with the builder to ensure the home would be ready by my rate lock expiration date. Without Tina as my loan officer I do not think my home would have been finished by my rate lock date. Her strong relationship with the builder and communication ensured the builder understood the risk of not closing on time. I would hands down use Tina and her team again and would recommend to anyone that I know going through the home buying/building process
