Colin and Lucas were so easy to work with. The process seemed overwhelming until we spoke with Colin. He was laid-back but professional, confident in what he does, and helped us feel confident, too. He took the time to walk us through the application process, explain unfamiliar terms, and ensured we secured a loan we could be comfortable with, not just one we could afford. From the very first contact, their prompt replies and attention made us feel like we were their most important client.
