Amazing staff but my daughters carseat has been paid for since the 2nd and I still have not received it also I have been calling and getting no return calls drive up her over an hr to pick up her carseat and walker and noone is here the are closed I will change my review once my daughter gets her stuff and someone calls me back Also waiting on her safety bed still

Don't even sell you parts unless you bought the chair from them even if you are going to pay CASH not much help at all not be bothered by me on more !

This place is very unprofessional and not helpful at all! The representative Lasheka just gives you the run around saying the Repairman is gonna show up and he never actually does. My best friend is in dire need of a wheelchair and this place is doing nothing to help resolve her problem or meet her needs even after several phone calls! This place is useless! Especially when there is an immediate need regarding mobility!

Have been in contact with the Bailey NC office and they are always responsive, willing to help and competent. Pleasant as well! Grateful for their very competent service.
