THE WORST Company ever. Find another company to deal with because this company has the worst customer service nothing but lies ever time we contacted them. They lied and tell you your order is shipped only to call a few days later to find out it wasnt. Even a supervisor lied about an order. Would not respond to repeated phone calls. Now after Three weeks of calling and being lied to out of very important and needed medical equipment trying to find a way to get what is needed.

Customer Service is horrible. I was waiting hours on the phone to talk to customer service. They send you an email that some one will contact you and no one calls for weeks. When I finally could reached a human on the phone their excuse was "we have a long waiting time" and they transfer you to another waiting line or just hang up. A message to the supervisors: HIRE MORE PEOPLE. WHO WOULD PROVIDE BETTER CARE FOR PEOPLE WITH DIABETES.

Ordered a Viva Atlas on Tuesday and received it the following Monday after being told by other vendors it would take up 12 months to get one. Very satisfied with chair and service
