Took me out on an emergency, but Im a regular patient anyway. They give excellent care here. I could not recommend them highly they offer general practitioner care. Dr. B is my doctor out in Northwest Raleigh but today I came into the Strickland Road and Garrett and Tanaya took care of me. I had a lot of paperwork I need to scanning in for my general care I came in with an extreme back ache as an emergency and they were just totally on top of it there and got me out. I feel so much better. And Dr. Nasir was outstanding also I really appreciate all their care..

Convenient hours, easy to get an appointment and easy to get labs done. Dr. Hubbard is excellent and the main reason I'm still with Avance despite the issues I've had with their front desk and accounting dept. The front desk was horrible a year or two ago. It was like dealing with office temps. (Got a call they wanted to schedule a follow up. I asked for what and the woman said she didn't know and that I should since it was my follow up) They didn't know anything except how to make an appt but they've gotten better. One thing I wish would improve is their accounting dept. In the past, I've had to go to ridiculous lengths(name taking and documenting) to prove and get errors corrected. In fact I wanted emails for someone on their exec team after my last issue and the accounting person wouldn't give them to me. The latest thing... everytime you walk in the office they want $150 up front; no questions about insurance or copays just give us money. I've given up trying to explain that my insurance will cover this. Today, I got a check in the mail for $150 with no explanation as to what it covers. I guess I'm supposed to just trust their accounting skills?

I have not had a bad experience yet at this Avance Care. The staff are always friendly and easy to work with. My provider, Brooke, is really positive, supportive, and encouraging. I never feel rushed and I always leave with a positive outlook on my health. In addition, I also work with an Avance Care dietician virtually, and she is great too! Overall, Avance Care has made me feel more in charge of my health than I have been in years.

Excellent doctors and check-in staff. I was able to get an appointment promptly and was given excellent care. Their office is immaculate and is close to my home so I look forward for many years of association with Avance.
