Edit 2024: Unfortunately the standard which I had come to expect at Paws at Play for cat boarding is no longer being met. We would specifically drive more than 30 minutes to board our cat here and we can't justify it at this point. Prior to our last two visits, everything was fine, but our cat requires medication and it was mishandled two visits in a row. The first time, a pill was missing when we arrived home and nothing was noted about it until I contacted the facility at which point I was told they had "dropped the pill on the floor so they had just thrown it out". In addition to being irresponsible, our cat was having symptoms consistent with a mild overdose, so it was difficult to know exactly what happened. Nonetheless we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and board him for the holidays, which it turns out was a mistake. They lost an entire packet of one of his medications. No idea how an entire medication packet just gets misplaced, but at least this time they communicated this rather than trying to hide it. We picked our cat up two days early and will not be returning. I have left the review at 2 stars because they do still have a nice facility that may work well for cats who are exceptionally uncomplicated. Original 2020: Boarded my cat here for 2 weeks while out of town and I could not have been happier. Cat suites are adjacent to a huge window and the whole cat room feels perfectly suited to a pleasant boarding experience. The staff is fantastic, and they provide a boarding report card when you go to pick up, which is a great touch. I will 100% be boarding my cat at Paws at Play if I'm in the area again!

PP is now charging a late fee for pickup after 12 noon. Mist people are still traveling on the day they pickup.

We recently moved to the area and spent a lot of time trying to find a daycare/boarding facility that we felt comfortable with for our two dogs. So so happy we found Paws at Play. Everyone there is very nice, our dogs are happy to go in, the daycare staff know their names, and pictures are always posted of them. Also, vet on site in case any emergency. Thanks for taking such great care of our pups!
